Responsibilities: - Ensure functionality and availability of our systems and infrastructure. - Design scalable infrastructure that aligns with business growth. - Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines. - Promote best practices and engineering excellence. - Manage multiple environments using Infrastructure as Code. - Monitor existing systems and act as the first responder to incidents. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience with AWS or GCP. - 2+ years experience with monitoring systems (we use Grafana). - At least 1 year of experience with Kubernetes. - At least 1 year of experience with CI/CD pipelines (we use GitHub Actions, Helm, and Argo CD). - Proficiency in one programming language (we use Go, Bash, and Python). - Eligibility to work in Japan and business-level English proficiency. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). - Experience developing Kubernetes operators. - Basic knowledge of Japanese. - Familiarity with MongoDB monitoring and querying.
